Well,,here we go again. In this session we will be meeting with Mark Barrington to review the 2 floor plan options we came up with for this shipping container home plans. The plans were left with the Barringtons for about 3 days , so they could take there time, look the plans over & make notes right on the plans which makes the design process much easier.
The floor design in the video (on the top) is what the Barringtons provide to us for what they said they wanted. The bottom floor plan option is what our Design team came up with after reviewing what the Barringtons wanted. Providing clients with a different floor plan option we believe really helps the client to see what else might be possible from someone elses perspective.
After carefully reviewing the 2 floor plan options, the Barringtons have decided to go with "the majority" of what we proposed but yet still bring in a little of what they originally came up with.
